I've been in the Customer Relationship Management business since 2010, working in Marketing Automation, Sales Force Acceleration, and Customer Service. I've built for the SMB and Enterprise markets, in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C, and I've produced proprietary, open source, and white label CRM solutions.
Small Business is the bedrock on which entire economies are driven. Even a one person business has support needs, and I have consulted, advised, and built for many small businesses and proprietors in many different industry segments, in areas of technology, talent, leadership, strategy, integration, and scale.

I've worked in Real Estate Marketing Automation and Real Estate CRM to drive rapid Go To Market strategies and optimize the Sales Cycle to close quickly and efficiently, even in down markets.
